Bassman Sam Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Jon Anderson, to me , the voice of YES, has been made a God of Prog. About bloody time. http://teamrock.com/news/2016-07-15/jon-anderson-is-the-2016-prog-god Quote
gary mac Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Wife was out this evening and I spent a fair bit of it watching Yes on You tube. It was a good evening Quote

sonsman Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Jon Anderson, from my hometown of Accrington. I can recall as a child seeing his Bedford van with Viking horns on the roof it when he was in The Warriors. Quote

Bilbo Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 I think his work is the most sophisticated Prog out there. Olias, Animation and Song of Seven are genius and his contribution to Yes was, for me, THE defining element. Anderson IS prog rock. Quote

[/quote] From what I understand, their bass chair will be filled by the seemingly ubiquitous Lee Pomeroy. The guy's CV just keeps getting better. I've said it before and I'll say it again... he's living MY dream. Quote
