Jacqueslemac
Are you sure it's a Rockbass? I thought they didn't have the Warwick two-piece bridge (and had Rockbass on the headstock).
solo4652
No idea! Nothing to do with me - I'm just posting the link here exactly as I found it when hunting for a short scale bass.
dyerseve
Defo a Rockbass - the serial number starts RB, it says 'Made In China' on the sticker on the back of the headstock and it has a maple neck. I believe the first gen rockbasses had a one piece bridge but they have been producing RBs with 2pc bridges for a while now. Not sure it's a short scale either - I counted 24 frets??? One thing is certain though - it is definitely NOT a $$ as listed. Still, for £250 it's a decent bit of kit. Warwick wouldnt put their name to it otherwise... scrumpymike
It's certainly not a 'Double Buck' as advertised.

Evil Undead
It is a short scale I've got one of these beasts and its identical down to the number of frets. Great bass

3below
A very nice bass for someone, just bear in mind that German (long scale) can be purchased for £75 to £100 more. The quality on the RBs I have had in my hands has been excellent.

German short scales are really rare and go for a lot more when they do pop up

3below
Capo 2nd fret and tune accordingly will be the way to go then Dots will be in all the wrong places, could be interesting unless playing Jazz. Count Bassy
Capo 2nd fret and tune accordingly will be the way to go then Dots will be in all the wrong places, could be interesting unless playing Jazz.
But then you'd only have 22 useful frets!
