This is a fantastic bass rig and sounds just as you would expect. The amp is housed in a custom made unit that also houses the "Korg Darklight" Tuner. The unit is vented to allow full air flow . With this in mind the original non vented top plate on the amp has been replaced with a vented custom made plate. The amp comes with a custom made "Hotcover", a balanced pair of new EH power amp valves, the original amp cover plate, all speaker and power leads and the footswitch that allows control of the mute and EQ section. The 4 x 10 cab is NOW SOLD.The 2 x 10 cab is a classic cab as well but the drivers have been changed about 2 years ago for a pair of 8 ohm Eminence Legend P102 (the Ampeg replacements). These have been wired in parallel as per the original 16 ohm connections to give the cab a rating of 4ohms.This cab also comes with a "Hotcover". The amp has been serviced regularly but not for about a year now, but at last check all the valves were giving readings into the 90%. This rig has been gigged, but very well looked after and has not travelled any distance other than local gigs.
