Behringer BDi21 correct manual?

It was often written on these pages that the BDi21 manual that comes with the unit was wrong.

Would the file called BDI21_P0294_M_EN.pdf downloaded from
https://www.music-group.com/brand/c/Behringer/downloads?active=Downloads
also be wrong, or would that be the correct version?

How can one tell?
Yes, I tried the search function. I know it was mentioned often, but I still couldn't find it.

Never heard of this before, although ive never read the manual for it. What is it that's said to be wrong?

I can't really remember what was wrong with it. Also, I can't really compare the PDF with my own, as my own appeared to be in Chinese, and lacks the settings examples.

That said, the word "guitar" seems to reverberate in my brain.
Maybe the text or part of it was about a guitar version - if such a thing exists.

Ah right. Well as I've never looked in the manual maybe I just missed that.
It's such an easy pedal to use that I've never needed the manual.

Just checked the box. Got one page in Chinese and one in Japanese. All they do is number the controls and name them in English.

There's an acoustic guitar version but no PDF manual for that either.

The bass one, has the settings examples for the bass.

Mine (bought new) came with the guitar instructions.

Just found the English version manual in a drawer and scanned it.

At any rate this confirms that the one I downloaded from the Behringer site is correct.

I can't read it, but is does have a different setup than the one from the Behringer site, so I guess you too have the guitar version. I now seem to remember that this should be visible in the setting examples. Could be wrong of course.

mine as the bass settings.svt,slap,fat tube. All the manual is about bass even though it can be used with other instruments
