MacDaddy
Bugger. I got an email today: You placed an order for a Reverb Clip-On Tuner. After a slight hold-up in the shipping process, things are moving again and your tuner is on its way.
tazza1
Got my two yesterday in the same package - that means I can put one on each bass & not have to remove & re-attach when I swop basses. One thing I have found with the one I've tried so far though is that it's very slightly out to my Korg floor tuner. Oh well I'll blame the guitarists for being out of tune. Funky Dunky
Broken. Already. Pressed on. Nothing happened. I turned it round and - I swear - very carefully - moved the swivelly bit out of the way to look at the battery compartment. Aaaaand it snapped off. Looks like the clamp is a screw on affair, so a turn or so to the left loosens it enough to swivel properly, a turn to the right before it's slightly loosened is, alas, tears before bedtime. Funky Dunky
I turned it to the left!! Gingerly, too, because I had been warned in advance that it were flimsy! Gutted. At least it was only £2. Gonna buy a decent one.

Already.
What, after all that waiting, you broke it?? Jesus H Christ!! That's a bit of bad luck, really... I think you must have got a duff one, mine was certainly robust enough to be used for the purpose. Edit: To switch on and off it's press and hold. Just a quick press does nowt, as you discovered. Edited September 21, 2016 by discreet

Funky Dunky
Yes, I will. I was just going to attach the tuner with sticky pads, no clip/swivel, but if there's a smarter way to do it that allows me to still swivel it, I'm definitely interested. Bear with me. funkgod
i stand behind our singer, i could attach one of these to the back of his neck, when he sings flat i could kick him on his right side and he could adjust, when he is sharp i kick his left side. only trouble is, he is so sh*t ........ at the end of the gig he would have to go to hospital Edited September 22, 2016 by funkgod

Funky Dunky
Yeah I wondered about glue as well. Any recommendations? Pritt Stick? (Joke) There are so many different glues, Superglue, Uhu, arts and crafts stuff, that it's hard to know which would be the best for the job. Maude
Both of mine turned up yesterday, haven't tried them yet but I'm sure they're worth a couple of quid each.

Maude
Used one on my doublebass at rehearsal tonight, it fits on the bridge and faces the right direction better than my Snark. Both of them rotate and swivel freely and tune well enough. I'm happy
