ash Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 (edited) This is a 1977 Fender Jazz bass with the three bolt micro-tilt neck and bullet trussrod. It is a superb bass and is all original. There are no issues with the neck, frets or electrics. The bass has a matching serial sticker under the scratchplate and all the usual identifying stamps on the neck. Pots, pickups and electrics are original. It also comes with the original ashtray covers! The bass has some wear to the finish as it has been a gigged workhorse. It comes with a modern case. It's currently strung with Fender flats. I traded this recently but again I have fallen foul of the neck being too narrow at the nut for my tastes - I prefer the P bass neck. The bass weighs 9lbs 3oz and has a nice balance. I am ideally looking for a straight cash sale but may entertain trades for a similar era and weight fretted US Precision or Telecaster bass. I'd prefer a more local sale but can courier in the UK only if necessary. Cheers! Edited September 23, 2016 by ash
