SgtD Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Hi Stega. Would you sell the pedaltrain without the powerstation?
stega Posted September 20, 2016 Author Posted September 20, 2016 Sure, no problem. Have PMed you.
Hi Stega. Would you sell the pedaltrain without the powerstation?
Microbass Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 New here - is the muff SFS? If so which version? Cheers
stega Posted October 4, 2016 Author Posted October 4, 2016 Hi, and welcome to Basschat! Its the Big Muff with Tone Wicker. The tone knob makes it much more usable in my opinion - you don't have to suck all the mids out of your tone if you don't want to! I am happy to post, so PM me if you're interested.
Microbass Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 If it's the bass version I'll take this off your hands!
stega Posted October 5, 2016 Author Posted October 5, 2016 Ah, sorry didn't realise there was a bass version. This is the guitar version, which I guess would sound pants on a bass. Maybe I should try it...
If it's the bass version I'll take this off your hands!
Microbass Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 From what I've heard the standard guitar Muff's can be OK for bass - I'll do some digging and get back to you then! Might just be a small modification required.
stega Posted October 5, 2016 Author Posted October 5, 2016 Had a question via pm about how the Strymon chorus sounds on bass. Thought I would post up a quick and dirty demo comparing both of the chorus pedals I have for sale. Playing a Fender P with flats straight into my DAW (Reason), no compression or anything. Played with a pick to make the chorus sound a bit more obvious. The first bit is the Strymon, the second the MXR. Apologies for crap playing etc. https://soundcloud.com/stega-1/bass-chorus-test
stega Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 And another bump. The Pedal train, power supply and SansAmp VT now sold, all the guitar pedals still available.
stega Posted November 30, 2016 Author Posted November 30, 2016 And the Phase90 is now sold. Bump for the rest!
