F/B, Fender FSR Jazz 60's Classic reissue MIJ made in 1995 ???

FSR 60'S Classic series from Japan, truss rod access? decal over lacquer?

This just doesn't look right to me. Supposed to be '94.

Comments folks?

Not a Fender expert but.......
Hmm - can see the decal transfer outline???
..the screw for the string tree looks a bit iffy too??

For me Martyn, don't remember seeing ANY 60's RI's with truss rod adjustment at headstock.
Seen a few Squiers like that though

Japanese Squires had the truss access at the the neck but not 62 reissues. I suspect someone has added a Fender decal to a MIJ Squier.
