NBD Fender Precision 60th Anniversary

Actually got this on Thursday from Gareth on here.

What a bass it is! I've never really been bothered by weight until I picked this up. I weighed it today 7lb 14oz! So light.

I love the eclectic look of this and the modern functionality.

Pretty much.

It's essentially a USA std with '51 pickguard, control plate and side output. And a trans blonde finish. Also has a glossed fretboard but a less glossed neck and it's nitro. I absolutely love it more than any bass I've ever owned.

From reading the reviews, it's very much a modern P bass with some nods to the past (most notably the scratchplate). A very creditable object of lust, though.
