Some of the s/h basses are being sold for commission so he does not necessarily control the pricing, and he seems to have done pretty well so far.. He's got overheads etc. [/quote] Yes, I really don't think we need to revisit that and it wasn't my intention by starting this thread. I'm not a Status expert and thought I may have missed something. Having thought about it, I believe I can see what happened. There is a limited edition S2 also for sale @ BD for 5,250, which as I understand it is cheaper than its new price.
