For sale this very rare Fender Custom Shop Bass VI in New Old Stock Sunburst finish. Manufactured in 2008, it belongs to the Time Machine Series. Only a few dozens of these were made, and they are considered the best Bass VI Fender has made since the early 60s. I used to own an original 1962 Bass VI and this one feels and sounds as good as that one, although it is much lighter (only 4,2 kg). What makes this one special is that it is brand new. I would estimate this instrument has come out of the case very few times if any. The PG plastic cover is sill on. The original strings are on, not one mark on the finish and the case is inmaculate. It comes with ALL the original case candy, including Fender cable, leather strap, tabs, cloth, COA, bridge cover, whammy bar, even a fancy tortoiseshell finger pick, all unused. Basically this bass is exactly as it was when it left the Fender factory in 2008, it will even ship in the original Fender carboard box.

The bass sounds and plays fantastic, the setup is perfect in my opinion, no buzzing, etc. Top Custom Shop craftmanship here.
