Attachments?

I can no longer find any way, either in thread posts or in manage attachments to upload an attachment.
Has this functionality been disabled?

I think you are only allowed to upload a certain number of attachments. Once you hit the limit you may have to delete a few of the older ones to free up space.

No.

Its never been possible to upload attachments in the Manage Attachments area.

When you post, look at the bottom of the page first and you'll see 'More reply options'.
Click on that and scroll to the bottom of the page - that's where you'll find the uploading options.

Not sure if it works on a mobile though.
