Hi guys - I'm looking to move on my beaut of a Genz Benz rig. It is made up of a Contour 500 210 combo and a 'Live' Series 2x10 extension cab. Happy to split if needs be. Power and speaker leads included.

Was £450

I remember seeing these combos for £600 when they were still available from Bass Direct.

I have found it to be a great sounding, easy to use, east to transport rig with plenty of power when needed. Packed with mod cons too - mute button, balanced XLR out, aux in, headphone socket etc.

Functionally, everything is spot on. The only negative points are aesthetic. Some Roqsolid covers or similar would prevent further wear. There are a good few marks here and there. One of the corner mounts is missing on the combo too. This doesn't effect stability as it is on rubber feet. The only other thing is a small crack on the port of the combo (pictured). It is structurally solid and is more of a hairline crack. It still looks plenty smart enough for a posh wedding venue (first pic is a wedding in Kew Gardens).

I am based in between Gloucester and Cheltenham and you are very welcome to come and try it out. I also travel all over the place for gigs so if you're worried about distance I may be heading to a town near you soon.

I'm looking for a sale ideally but I may be interested in trades, particularly TC gear. Ideally a BH800 and either K or RS series cabs in 2x10 or 2x12 config.

Is it possible the combo used to be mine a couple of years ago?
i sold one on here with an identical small crack in exactly the same spot at the foot of the combo, that's why I ask.. :)


Tempted to buy it back tho,as I have no gigging amp atm..
Do you have a price in mind for just the combo without the cab?
