la bam
Hi all, My current pedalboard set up is: Bass guitar - ehx micro synth - zoom b3. However, there is seemingly a big drop in volume when the micro synth is ON. Turn it off and there is a big gain in volume again. Even if none of the b3 pedals or patches are on? Any ideas what could be causing this?
0175westwood29
Is it on an isolated power supply? Is your supply big enough for the pedals? Andy
la bam
yes, both pedals are powered individually by their own 9v supply.
TrevorR
Does it happen with just the Microsynth? I.e. bass-EHX-amp
0175westwood29
yes, both pedals are powered individually by their own 9v supply.
Ok if you turn everything down on the micro synth bar the clean can you match volumes? I'm wondering if subs etc are causing a persieved drop in volume. If not it maybe time to contact ehx Andy
Japhet
Don't some Micro Synths require more than 9v supply?
