udo
This is a well used and worn bass. I bought it and it became a pet project to try my hands on some DIY: I put copper foil into the pu cavity, swapped the pickups and the wiring plus the knobs. At the moment it is working except for the tone control - nothing changes when I turn the knob, might be my sub par soldering skills. The pots are new so should work. I sort of lost interest/no time in figuring this out now to be honest, hence I sell. The pick ups are from Bill Lawrence (http://www.wildepick...ss_Pickups.html), the wiring is this one here (http://www.advancedg...itars-2828.html). The strings are new as well (Ernie Ball Regular Slinky if I remember correctly). I can post it if wanted, otherwise I am based in London SE4, happy to meet and try out. Thanks!
