Moog EP3 Exprssion pedal. Good working codition with cable and original box. I had velcro on the bottom, but will put on the rubber feet if I can find them.
Like the EP2 but with a more robust mechanism (rigid plastic not string) and removable cable - handy if you want to use a right angled one instead.
