spectoremg
Nothing massively exciting (unless you're ME)! Warwick Thumb 4 in bubinga. Also LaBella Copper Nylon Coated strings. I'm now in love with nylon strings. [attachment=230428:IMG_4855 crop resize.jpg]
ahpook
So they're nylon strings with a copper winding ? Interesting. Nice bass too - it'll be a late night tonight I guess
grayn
Very nice Warwick. Congrats. What are the characteristics of those strings?
spectoremg
They're nowhere near as bright as rounds out of the box but I prefer old strings anyway. Good in the bottom end and the feel is fantastic. I tried a bass with flats a while back and didn't like the feel at all - these are a great compromise. Doesn't seem to be any change in tension from 105 gauge rounds which were on it previously and these which are 115 gauge. And it goes without saying that they have loads of HEFT!
