And it's a lot cheaper. Quote

Kiwi Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I hope the unit doesn't colour the sound too much. Quote

phsycoandy Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 hey whats wrong with the EBS its a fine bit of kit (why does my wife hate me calling stuff KIT, anyone know or have any idea of female logic, I digress!) Quote
niceguyhomer Posted July 13, 2007 Author Posted July 13, 2007 Nowt Andy, absolutely nowt. Read the first coupla posts here - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=2773 and it might make sense. Quote
niceguyhomer Posted July 15, 2007 Author Posted July 15, 2007 If anyone's interested, I AB'd the TC Vintage and T-Rex at Soundsgreat (Manchester) and couldn't see any reason for paying the extra £35 (except for the aesthetics) for the TC, so I bought the T-Rex in toxic waste green. I gigged with it last night and initial impressions are very good - it ain't a Multicomp but it does the job very nicely indeed. I really like the simplicity of the thing and the chicken head knobs give it a vintage feel as does the 60's avocado bathroom suite casing. F it, it's dark on stage anyway. Quote
