Another top voice of the early years of rock and roll has gone. Maybe never in the league of the Presley's, Vincent's etc but he recorded some fine tunes.

Yep, a part of Rock history.

Sorry to hear that he's gone...I used to work with a fella who would hum/whistle/sing just the opening line to "Take good care of my baby" leaving it in my head for the rest of the day - used to drive me crazy....

Sad loss...
