kevbass
You have no idea how hard it was for me to not chuck a bid on this, no doubt I'll regret it at some point. Kiwi
I wonder if its anything to do with market saturation and being too fashionable for too long? Thats a cracker of a bargain though!

And that there seemed to be an awful lot of them for sale. Supply and demand and all that. Though, since I'm a Rockbass owner, perhaps I'm also a cause rather than observer of the problem
budget bassist
Wow, that's a deal and a half, methinks someone could make a hell of a profit on that in a couple of years!

Platypus
I wouldn't have even had to pay the £20 postage - the seller was about 20 mins drive form me

I watched the last seconds tick by, torn between just buying it and sticking it under the bed for a rainy day and what I could better do with £500. rjb
The guy seemed desperate to sell. Perhaps his credit has just gotten crunched, so to speak. Ebaying a valuable item with no reserve is a risky move at the moment, whether you're selling a Warwick or a Fender. Only three bids placed. Three! And they were all lowballing like mad......
