dave_bass5 Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 (edited) These are fully working, with no issues other than they look old. The drivers were replaced a few years ago, but the boxes are about 20 years old. I think we got them recovered a few years ago as well. Not sure if i can do this but here is a link to my for sale thread. Basically these need to be out the door by 12th Nov if possible. Free of course. Sharkfinger Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 Good grief, that's quite a giveaway! If I could get to central London easily, I'd be on my way right now... Quote
dave_bass5 Posted November 4, 2016 Author Posted November 4, 2016 Cheers. It would be a real shame if i had to throw them but i expect i will as i cant store them at work any more, and have just brought some smaller ones that i can keep at home. If i could drive id happily drop them off to soemone in the London area, but i dont. Quote
stevie Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 I remember these speakers from back in the day. They were very popular and really pretty good. Use a sander on the grilles and buy a can of spray black and you'll have a pair of speakers that will be more than adequate for the pub circuit. Quote
dave_bass5 Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 Cheers. The photos make the fronts look as bit more tatty than they do in real life, but yes a lick of paint is all they need to look more presentable. We've done 100's of gigs with these, and never had an issue with volume. Quote
dave_bass5 Posted November 9, 2016 Author Posted November 9, 2016 Now gone to a very good home :-) Quote
