Ou7shined Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 ....that doesn't cost the earth. I need to find a case that will take a bass 125x47cm. Quote
TheGreek Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 (edited) Is this a 35" Overwater Jazz - a friend of mine asked me the same question. Currently on eBay: I've got one of these which has the dimensions you need but I've promised it to aforementioned friend. http://www.ebay.co.u...LYAAOSwepZXTG1m Edited November 4, 2016 by TheGreek Quote
Ou7shined Posted November 4, 2016 Author Posted November 4, 2016 No mate, its actually for one of my own creations. I don't think it would fit that shape of case anyway. (see attachment) I've just found out, that with a bit of luck, I may be able to modify a thunderbird case to fit... but not this one otherwise my T-bird wouldn't have anywhere to live. So there's good lead. An empt T-bird sized case would be ideal. Quote
ped Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 I would get a peli case or similar and cut the foam to fit Quote
Ou7shined Posted November 4, 2016 Author Posted November 4, 2016 They seem a tad on the pricey side ... unless I'm looking at the wrong thing Quote
ivansc Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 5 star cases in Ely make a monster - my Explorer fit into one nicely. Quote
Ou7shined Posted November 4, 2016 Author Posted November 4, 2016 Have you got a link to that case ivansc? It sounds the very dab as this bass is half explorer half mockingbird. Quote
