Hello everyone! :D
Selling my Warwick FNA Limited Edition Jazzman 2004 5-string bass! I love this bass but I want to try something else. I'm searching for a P-bass sound for my band and I have to leave it. It's a cracking instrument with loads of tone options and it deserves to go to someone who will play it all the time. The bass is in great condition. There are a few scratches due to the usage along the years. I used it on different recordings and played it on stage for two years. I attached some photos and some links to see it in action.

That's a great sound your band has and a rock solid punchy bass line - you must be bonkers to be thinking about swapping your Warwick for a Fender!! GLWTS

Yes I know, Risk101, the bass has a great powerful sound. Thank you for your advice. I just want to try something different.

Probably B string too thick to fit through - same problem with my Warwick - the bridge is very narrow so unless you file it out!!

Funnily enough, Warwick strings fit cos the "winding" around the core stops before the end of the string. Lovely bass GLWTS 😀

Yes. Thank you Risk101 for explanation. The B string I use from a D'addario prosteels set is to thick for the Warwick bridge but it doesn't affect with anything. The string is solid and totally playable. :D

I figured, just thought it worth checking!

A tip: (other than buying tapered B strings) I used strong pliers to flatten the string so it fits, no detriment to the string at all and worked a charm :)

I've never tried anything because I've never got problems but I am sure that your advice works.Thank you for the tip, Kev! :D
