Streamliner 600 LEDs - quick fix?

Hi folks,

I recently picked up a second hand Genz Benz Streamliner 600 and I have to say I'm extremely happy with it but, as I understand is the case with many other SL600s, the LEDs that illuminate the front perspex panel are intermittent at best. I've seen them on just once... GB have been Fendered into non-existence so I understand that there's no support available from factory any longer.

LED faults are a common issue with this model, I believe. Has anyone managed to resolve the problem?

I solved it with my old one by not caring whether they turned on or not.

Seemed to be the easiest and cheapest approach!

I know for one that when my Mute LED is on the audience love me.

Try the Genz chaps on Talkbass. Mine is so far fine, but I've got a set of LED's just in case.

They will send you a set out.
