Bridge and P/up bushes

Can anyone tell me a source for threaded bushes for a pre EB S'Ray repair?
I need the two bridge bushes ([size="2"]5/16-18", not sure if this is UNF or UNC, probably the latter ) and three pickup bushes ( I do not know the thread size for these[/size]).
Any help gratefully received.

You can buy them from Warwick. Not sure of the specs but you could always change the pup screws to suit:
