The thing is with money transfer services they change so quickly so you need to check them all out and even play one against the other. I'll check who I have used in the past and update the thread later. Edit. I've used both CurrencyChange and FC Exchange in the past. These were for sizeable amounts and I just used who was best on the day. Depending on the amount you are sending there may be better excahnge rates on offer.
