Where's all the Marcus Miller Jazz Basses.?

I can't remember the last time I saw a MM jazz for sale on BC. I would be rather partial to a trade on one. Maybe I've missed them. Are they still making the mexico model.?

I have seen two or three in recent months pop up on eBay/gumtree.

Keep your eyes peeled, they are around! Be prepared to pay big wedge for one though, pretty sure the last one I saw was a Japanese model and was asking about £900 if I remember right!!

I daydream about an Olympic White Mexican model under 9lbs.

They never come up.

I'd settle for a natural or sunburst under 9lb or a white one under 10lb.

But I did prefer the Mexican ones. I do miss my old Japanese one too.

Getting harder to obtain, definitely. Whenever I've seen them, they go for around £800-900 over the last 12 months. Awesome basses.

I tried to sell mine @ £675 but not a sniff of interest. Ended up trading it with a dealer who punted it out for a lot extra.

Was in near perfect condition as well. Oh well - i chopped it for a US 75RI and couldnt be happier
