warwickhunt Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I'd say that the seller seems genuine! Can't comment on the bass as I'm wick at Fenders. Quote
Guest Bald Eagle Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 By the time you've factored in the shipping, vat & import duty prolly not as hot a deal as it first looks Quote
paul, the Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 A bit of an odd ball. Would have guessed a modded Mex P-special but the headstock info I haven't seen before. barneythedog Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 makes an interesting comparison here. Is it just me or is that price a bit OTT for a Squier? Quote
Musky Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 It's not OTT for a JV, but the mods he's made seriously devalue the bass - despite his claims, the jazz pickup isn't stock. JV's were very period correct replicas and the quality of them was very high, probably better than the US counterparts of the time. barneythedog Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 silly me, didn't recognise it re-listed sorry Quote
