There are lots of good players on YouTube but I've not found anyone who can both play brilliantly and then break it down with just the right mix of theory (light) and easy to follow steps.
I love his kind of low key delivery:

Don't really tend to use YouTube for lessons but I might well have a look at some of his stuff.

My friend likes this guy for his fast country licks, he does some good rock stuff too
