I've done it myself and it's really not that difficult. Just need the tolex, a sharp knife and some spray adhesive.
I've not looked but I'd imagine there'll be how to videos on YouTube.

Another +1 for Zilla from me. Paul built me a 2x10 from the ground up recentely and i love the thing to bits!

Back in the day I worked for a company that built & covered cabs - we used Copydex - it's very forgiving.........
