Fretless Violin Bass

Earlier this year I picked up a Douglas, Chinese made unlined fretless violin bass. I love this bass. Now my MIM Fender lined fretless jazz sits in the case. Anyone else play one?

I love the idea of a fretless violin bass. Can you only get these from Rondo Music in the USA or is there a UK distributor?

I understand Douglas are badged as Shine in the UK. Their importer are InterMusic in Poole but they don't list a Violin Bass on their website. You could email them:

Oh, I got my daughters guitar from them too. Hohum, looks like Rondo are your best bet then (although I seem to recall there was an SX importer in Spain?).
