Spector question

Having recently changed to a Spector Shorty fretted bass I am now considering a short scale fretless. Does anyone have any experience of or played the Spector Carved Top NS2 CTB 4 Fretless? There is a demo video on the Bass Direct site but it's rather poor, the demo that is not the bass.

Also I see that BassDirect has one fretted and one fretless on stock, probably worth a visit.
