SH73 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Had one for over a year and it's the most used bass out of three for the following reasons. The neck is very comfortable and it sounds great. I remember the initial reaction when I first played it. It sounded raw and punchy I swapped the pick ups but will revert back to stock pick ups to get the sound back. The only drawback is the signature on the headstock and the thumb rest. I can't fault the vintage Olympic white colour and the maple neck. Quote
Lozz196 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 Nice one, I have one of these on the way and am eagerly looking forward to getting my paws on it. I`ve heard a good few of these and have always liked the tone, agree, raw and punchy. The one I`m getting has had a replacement pickup put in it, but I already have another pup that I intend to replace that with. Quote
tedmanzie Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I was wondering about these, do they have a jazz neck? Quote
SH73 Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 I've got a c shape neck on my jazz bass. Matt Freeman neck is similar but think chunkier but I find it comfortable Quote
