Modern Hungarian Double Bass £4000

Quality modern (late 20th century) flatback Hungarian bass in perfect condition. It has never had any cracks although there are a few minor scuffs and scratches as it was used by a professional jazz bass player as his main instrument for 10 years on countless concerts and recordings. Clear and characterful sound. It may suit a slightly smaller player as it has a string playing length of 103cm. It has relatively deep ribs and very comfortable dropped shoulders. Currently setup with d'addario hybrid strings and an adjustable bridge. Please come and try it out.

The bass is in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, close to the M1.
