NancyJohnson
I'll have to admit to being fairly GAS-free at the moment; I really couldn't be happier with my set up, but hey, in a few days it'll be 2017, so let's see. #1 - I've promised myself that each time I change strings, they'll be to Elixir Nanowebs. #2 - A series one Hamer Cruise Bass this side of the pond (anyone?); they come up on eBay periodically, but to import, I can't justify the expense. #3 - If I can shift my Hartke stuff, a Barefaced Super Twin or Big Twin II. [Edit] #4 - At my wife's suggestion, an EUB. Edited December 24, 2016 by NancyJohnson
Lozz196
I`m pretty sure I`m going to sort myself an Ashdown ABM amp, possibly the 600.
ezbass
A new custom build Maruszczyk Elwood L for me. After that I should be sorted ( yeah right).

phil.c60
I keep on fancying a G&L L2000. Really would like a USA one, has to be a lefty, can't seem to find one in the UK but may bite the bullet and buy a Tribute. Don't need it, quite happy with my P Bass Hot Rod. Not sure why I want it, but I just do.
Merton
Got an ACG Skelf SS due somepoint in 2017, other than that unless I stumble across a pot of gold there'll be no change (for once!) at Merton towers. SpondonBassed
I've promised myself that I'll consider a nice (£500ish) fretless five but only when my intonation on the fretless four that I already have improves sufficiently. Mudpup
I keep thinking about a Precisiony type thing.....or maybe its G+L equivalent perhaps. May have to sell my sparkly Stingray to get one though
barneyg42
Sire 5 string is floating my boat at the moment!!
DiceSociety
Not strictly bass related, but I really want one of these! https://www.arturia.com/products/hardware-synths/matrixbrute/overview
AutomaticWriting
I need a new main bass, currently fighting it out are the new Fender Flea Jazz bass, a MusicMan Stingray or an old Yamaha BB1200. Probably going to be more out of the first two. I also need to overhaul all of my rigs, tidy up my pedalboards, swap out a few pedals etc.
grayn
Keep fancying another go, with a fiver. It's not that I find them hard to play but I keep reverting to 4-stringers. Quite fancy one of the Ibanez Premium models. Or an EBMM. Yummy.
timmo
I hjave no idea why, but I have a hankering for a D`Angelico EX. No idea why, but |I really want one
Dazed
Still mulling over getting another 6er, it's been many years since the last failed attempt at one, I just couldn't get comfortable with it and the temptation to go back to "easy" 5s and 4s was too much. Bobthedog
I genuinely have had no GAS since getting my Roscoe / Barefaced setup a year / six months ago. Until now. I picked up a Dingwall Combustion two months ago and love it so much, I now want Dingwall Z3. Luckily, there appear to be none around ATM. A Z3 plus a 112 / 115 cab and head for the the lightweight travel option and I am sorted. Probably BF for the cab, not sure of the head yet. anzoid
Would love a fretless Precision - but one with a maple fingerboard... Bitsa or a real Fender would do the job.
Bassassin
Don't have any nagging GAS at all really - but I just know something will turn up & I'll end up pulling the trigger. If I have any New Year Resolutions, one will have to be to sell more basses than I buy next year!
AndyTravis
ESP are doing a bass called a TL-5SM. A 5 string acoustic slimline bass.
Raslee
Got a hankering to try a Peavey Axcelerator bass if anyone's selling? No doubt my umpteenth 5 string Lakland or Yamaha will pass my way again, only be sold until the next 😂
machinehead
I fancy the new Quilter 800 amp although I'd like to try before I buy 'cos I don't really need another amp. Frank.
CamdenRob
Fretless Wal sixer due in the summer... also quite fancy the new Glock class D.

JapanAxe
Not really GASing for anything bass-related at the moment, but experiencing a bit of a home recording renaissance so no doubt that will throw up something I can't possibly live without. Damonjames
I have to admit, I'm relatively GAS free, but that's largely due to the fact my bloody house has just fleeced me in emergency repairs. Number 1 on the list has been there for nearly 4 years, just can't ever seem to do a deal on one. 1. Gallien Krueger Fusion 550 2. Musicman 30th anniversary Stingray5 3. Musicman stingray5 with HH in black/maple 4. Musicman Stingray 5 in a sparkle flake finish. Yes boring I know, but aside from some effects I've been dying to try for ages, that's all I'm into at the minute! Merry Christmas everyone!!
