was walking past a music shop a while ago
saw a lovely japanese jazz,a couple of mods,nice bass
had a bit of a noodle and bought it,
have not told my wife yet but just managed to sneak it into the house
plays even better through my gear

Nice one, love it. I have a friend who has about 25, or so, bikes. His secret? all of them are black. When he buys a new one and his wife sees it for the first time, and says "Is that new?" he says "This, nah, had it for years". All your basses need to be the same colour.

This. My mate introduced an entire new drumkit to his house by ensuring it was the same colour as his previous one.

Nope. I'm one of the lucky ones that has escaped marriage. Living happily with 13 basses.
