itsmedunc Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 A bit more info here - https://support.fender.com/hc/en-us/articles/214343783-How-can-I-find-out Love the corrections and their explanations in the ad! Quote
Jabba_the_gut Posted December 31, 2016 Author Posted December 31, 2016 I know! Not the clearest ad but cheap at the moment...... Serial number, if correct, suggests Japanese Fender. Quote
Bassassin Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Looks interesting, tuners look MIJ and the exposed earth wire to the bridge suggests (to my none-too informed eye) a specific vintage reissue. Worth a punt if you're local, imo. Also, it's a Squries! Makes a change from all these Squires, Suqires & Squizzes. Quote
Harryburke14 Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 If it was more local Id be all over this. Quote
Bassassin Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Likewise. I've had 2 80s MIJ Squiers (an SQ and an A-serial) from similar types of ads. The "cheap old bass that's been in the loft for 20 years" syndrome. Quote
