Bearfist Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) £450 Letting my Sandberg VS4 go as i have a new bass incoming so need to make room. This is one of the best P style bass ive owned, plays great and sounds equally great, these are the Sandberg 'budget' range but they are in my opinion incredible value for money. They're assembled and set up in the same factory the more expensive models are so as you would expect its a very well put together bass. Some specs...

Neck: 6 x bolted / canadian hardrock maple
Fretboard: 22 frets
Scale: 864 mm / 34"
Body: basswood
Finish: black
Hardware: chrome hardware / sandberg bridge
Pickup: 1 sandberg designed split coil
Preamp: sandberg designed 2-band, active / passive
Zero Fret
This one is 2 months old (bought new) and is in very good condition. I'l chuck in a Sandberg gig bag with this (these dont come with a case) and UK shipping is included in the price. ead Posted January 4, 2017 Posted January 4, 2017 The now standard how heavy is the bass please? Also can you advise whether the neck has a satin or gloss finish please?
Bearfist Posted January 5, 2017 Author Posted January 5, 2017 Digital bathroom scale test is saying 3.9kg. Well the ive read specs saying its Satin but il be honest its not as satin as my other basses, it has a slightly glossy look, no way high gloss and certainly not sticky (I tend to stick to glossy necks quite badly)
