Mic stands with non circular tubing

As the post heading says, I'm looking for a particular mic stand that I have seen but don't know what it is. Basically, it's a mic stand with asymetric poles (basically an offest U shape) so that the booms can't twist.... does anybody know what they are or where I could get some?

I can see why that is useful for some situations,but for the majority of uses, it is beneficial to be able to rotate the boom so the mic is at the right angle. That's why all but one stand use round tubing.
