In that case please take into consideration that the South East Bass Bash is usually held in late September.

It would probably help to liaise with Silverfoxnik over this. Nik is one of the key people in the South East Bassbash, he also put together a South Coast Bassbash a couple of years ago, and of course he's pretty local to you.
