I was wondering if anyone could give me an info about my bass.

I bought this almost 7 years ago now, wanting to learn bass and thinking it looked great.
I discovered that playing fretless was a terrible way to start off, especially as I am quite lazy and need every shortcut I can get! Since then it has languished under beds and in cupboards.
Does anyone know anything about Hoyer, and especially later basses like these - I think they used to reproduce violin and rickenbacker knock offs?
I'm looking to get rid of it too, as an unused bass takes up to much space - does anyone have any advice as to what it might go for?

Cheers, and thanks for any help!

I swapped my EB3 for a Hoyer in a music shop when we played in Munich in 1978. Brilliant bass. Wish I still had it. Can't tell you anymore than that really, Sorry.

In the 60's I started with an Arnold Hoyer 12 string guitar and it was a pig to learn on, could drive a bus under the strings, not good for me so moved it on.
