Replacement pickups for Bartolini Mk1's

Hello,

I picked up a new Cort C5 Artisan recently. It comes with a Markbass pre-amp and Bart Mk1's. The bass plays beautifully for the price but I'm really not getting on with how the electronics sound (nasal with too much upper mid).

Can anyone recommend a good set of pickups to swap them with?
