raze Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 I have a load of strings that have literally only had a few hours play each Problem is a big part of my sound is the new string bright clank sound so once they bed it they come off I got a few sets of DR black Beauties 45 -105 (coating starting to wear off in a couple places) £7 a set posted 1x Dr Fat beams 45 - 105 (these have not been played for more than an hour before i decided they wernt for me) £10 posted all cut to fit a 34'' scale schecter bass with two tuning pegs a side so probably wont fit 4 in a line all come in original packaging
budget bassist Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 Have you tried elixirs? Apparently they keep their 'clank' pretty well
