Mayones Jabba Hadrien Feraud 5

So this beauty came up on my Facebook feed the other day and really caught my eye!!

I'm saving at the moment for a good 5 string and have been interested in Mayones for a while. I'm also a fan of Hadrien.
so this is kind of perfect.

I'm wondering does anyone happen to have any more info on these like release dates or prices?? Any info would be great.

Just watched it there... Very nice!! Yea the Jabba is a lovely bass but i love the colour of the Hadrien model. Ill defiantly keep my eyes on it..

I used to have a Be4, couldn't fault it, very well made instrument, it's just the sound wasn't right for me when I changed bands so I sold it.

Very odd spacing on the control knobs! For some reason that would really irritate me... not that I could afford one anyway.

I owned a four string Jabba for a while, and while it was beautifully put together it just left me slightly cold for some reason. Nothing I could put my finger on, just "not right" for me no matter how much I tried to love it My loss.

The control layout is basically pulled directly from his Ken Smith Signature, he must like it

One thing I noticed: Chicago Music Exchange apparently just received their Feraud and Malaman Signatures. The weight isn't listed at the moment for the Malaman, but the Feraud apparently weighs 9.7 lb. Which, sure, seems to be lighter than the average Jabba, but is still heavier than I want mine to be

BassDirect told me they expected them to weigh around 9 lb, but emphasized that there would of course be variation in the weight (meaning they couldn't promise anything).

But what's interesting is that when I got in touch with Mayones (I was trying to do my due diligence), they estimated they would be around 3.5 kg (approximately 7.7 lb). That would be insanely light, and I wonder where they got the number from

If they end up weighing under 8lb as the post above then I'm having one.
