bassmonk
Been playing bass on and off for 22 years after picking it up at 17 (big birthday this year) Used to play a lot more till family came along - and have been playing a lot of keys since then - but getting back into the bass now. Also teaching my daughter at the moment Have a couple of Yamaha basses - a fretless 5, and a fretted 6 - both awesome beasts.. Planning to sell the 6 string any time now to fund a new Music Man purchase.. but the fretless will be mine forever! My aim in life is to one day own a 4 string. Stay near Edinburgh - good to see lots of other Scottish bassists on here.. I've been lurking for a while but have finally decided to join the fold! Looking forward to sharing in the wit and wisdom... David

Bbiigg Kev
You should do one of the Edinburgh dungeon tours, great fun and the women love it, you will be a hero by the end of it

Yes, Edinburgh is a beautiful city with lots to explore.. including a few really good music shops (both a blessing and a curse haha!!)
