He gave a full explanation and demo of the controls, a full receipt listing the modifications made and as a bass tutor, took the time to answer clearly and patiently a few questions regarding music theory. I even had to phone Phil to confirm the I hadn't imagined the price. The pick-ups arrived this morning by recorded delivery. They are in 'like new' condition, came with pots, wiring and battery clip. What impressed me most about Phil, apart from his outstanding bass playing videos on YouTube was that he was prepared to take me at my word and posted the pick-ups to me before he'd even received the cheque!
