AndyTravis
This chap just fixed a troubled MIJ OC-2 of mine. Perfectly reasonable 1 week turnaround. And very good price. He does amps and pedals, also makes his own and mods old pedals too. Clever guy, nice too. Worth noting. In Swinton/Worsley near the GBBL. Bigwan
Has his own line of pedals too. The Gremlin was one of his bass overdrives if I recall correctly...
pete.young
That's good - I'd heard he wasn't well and had stopped working. I'm pleased that he's OK. Martin fixed my '80s Ibanez Chorus, very nice chap.
mike257
Yeah, i'd heard he'd wound things down due to ill health, great to hear he's back in action. Fixed a few bits for me and also had some very interesting chats about gear, he's a very knowledgeable bloke!
burno70
He tried to repair one of my pedals but found that the maker, Durham Electronics, had covered the circuit with resin. He tried to get at the board but couldn't. Hardly charged me for his efforts and had kept me updated throughout the process. I would always send a pedal to this guy first. AJ567
Thanks for the tip off chaps. After much back and forth between a certain manufacturer over whether my pedal should be covered under warranty, I caved and just sent it to Martin after reading this. He fixed it within three working days, for the princely sum of 50p over his base rate. Very pleased!
