Thornybank
Only two years later, this has come back to roost. [attachment=14954:17_10_08_1726.jpg] [attachment=14955:17_10_08_1727.jpg] Fender Rumble valve stack. Bruce Zinky design lower brother of the Tonemaster guitar amp. 300-400w using 6550 power valves. 4x10 + horn Top cab and 4x10 Sub cab. Way deep and way loud. £1750 - only £1k less than the head new and it comes with its cabs. Interested in a sale or swap/cash thing. Can demo/deliver/any of that. You can't have got bored of the luscious Trace V4 already? Lovely bit of valve action this.
MythSte
Oh! No i genuinly meant it. Its very easy to get all this silly terminoligy mixed up (Claber and BFM, feel free to tap my wrists!) I just fear it being too... big sounding for me. I like focused low mids and judging by what the fellow was saying about it being incredibly deep etc

And it def. wants a big room. I have never tried the head through different cabs, though. (Strange when I have so many, but the Fender stack is not near my cab depository.) Next move will be to take it to the Peavey 1820. That oughta tell a story....
kevin_lindsay
I had one of those stacks!!! I sold mine to Graham from the American Guitar Centre a few years back. Honestly, if anyone out there is in a gigging band that plays larger sized venues, then this stack is simply AMAZING!!!!! For smaller venues it is still good, but you need to drive the head to get that gloriously warm valve sound = sounds like melted chocolate!! How much are you looking for? I am seriously tempted. markytbass
Hmmm, sounds ideal for the blue's band I'm in. I suppose I could convince the wife that it's actually a piece of furnature.

molan
Looks gorgeous - way too much for me unfortunately (not the price - just the pair of 4x10's!). Have you played a 5 through it, just wondered if the B distorts much?
