I'm Selling this 'sterling by musician' SUB bass fitted with a Seymour Duncan stingray pickup and three band Duncan stingray preamp. It's extremely well set up with new strings and Schaller strap locks. 9/10 condition Headstock logo removed, the stripes are vinyl and peel off. collection only. From Cheltenham. £270 no offers.
I bought it at the same time as a stingray and sold the ray to keep this as it was just fabulous! More stingrayish than most stingrays I've owned!!!!
Only selling to fund an iPad replacement as mine is on the way out.

Literally the lightest touch with the lightest gauge sandpaper and it fell straight off. It's hardly on there at all. On reflection I could probably have done it with a finger!

What is the nut width? The couple of Subs I've seen seem to have a rather narrower (more comfortable) neck than the MM I used to own...

Here's a basic recording, plugged into GarageBand on iPad. No eq. Nut width is 38mm feels more jazz like than a full fat ray.

Take a punt. I've owned over 200 basses including six stingrays. This is one of the best Ive owned. I sold a ray I bought at the same time and kept this as it was so much better.
