Tubster Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Stunned that this wonderful bass is still for sale at this price. Would grab it but already have one of Mike's PJs. This one looks to be a stunning example. Living 8 years in Seattle meant having the opportunity to visit the Lull shop on a regular basis and enjoying watching the crew at work producing great instruments. Mike is such a great craftsman and a fabulous bloke who always has time to chat, is open to new ideas and puts everything into his instruments. This bass at this price is an absolute steal. I have owned multiple Lulls and USA Sadowskys and they are both very close in playability but personally, I favour Lulls for sound. If this instrument had Sadowsky on the headstock, it would have been gone the first day. If you are in the market for a first class traditional Jazz Bass with the added bonus of Aguilar active circuitry, it is a no-brainer!
